Paid orders once placed cannot be refunded. For any refund, contact us via email for Store Credit. Store Credit will be valid for 3 months from the day the Credit Note has been issued.
Delivery
You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. These options will vary depending on your location. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time to your location. In case of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer. We will notify you via email and SMS. However, we will not compensate for any mental distress caused due to delay in delivery. Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
Returns & Refunds
For any issues with a product, please register a complaint within 3 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or broken, an opening video is required for claims. In case of damage or defective products, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
